Sign: "A symbolic representation or message, sent, or placed in a relevant location to communicate some form of information, generally with a stated purpose (Although most "signs" have many ulterior purposes), for the sender or creator of such, and the recipient. "Signs" from God serve some purpose of God's, which may be to aide the recipient, but may simply be a manipulation for God's agenda. Belief in signs from God, therefore, is fallacious if you intend to serve a purpose beside God's. Fundamental behaviors will dictate your usefulness to God, and if you are not, your purpose will be trivial and ungratifying. |
