Here's another nice way to draw cards - The principle is simple, use this

card with a deck that plays fast. When Balance of Power shows up,

you'll likely have emptied your hand, and can make a substantial draw.

In truth, this will be a card you'll want for best-of-3 matches - It

shouldn't be in your deck unless you are playing against an opponent

that plays slowly or primarily controls. In the case that they are likely

holding a counter-spell, you'll need to force them to tap-out first, which

is no easy task. In fact, I find it unreasonable to attempt to use this card

against control decks that pack only non-creature spells. It absolutely

ruins the game. One new card that took this into account, was Thought

Distortion. It cannot be countered, and destroys the opponent's entire

hand, if holding only non-creature spells. That is an improvement, but

one card, in one color, cannot solve all of the game's problems. I would

impose card-specific restrictions (Such as, individual limitation to the #

usable in a deck), and make appropriate design adjustments that force

players to use creatures as a substantial portion of their deck.
