This creature will be most effective when both players are using a

strong creature base, but most of the opponent's creatures are not

fliers. If you are able to strike the opponent (with which the "flying"

certainly helps), you are then at liberty to swing out your whole force,

because your opponent can't retaliate. So, when predicting that result,

be careful that you actually WILL do combat damage with the angel, or

you'll be in a very dangerous position. Black and blue instants would be

your primary enemies, because if your angel gets killed or returned in

the act of swinging, you'll be impotent. The high defense is nice,

because it protects against most red damage spells, but the low

offense will make it more difficult to swing through any flying forces.

Green would be a good candidate to help that effort - Play a low-cost

buff on the angel (like Giant Growth) to help clear the way. You might

also think about protecting it with low-cost counter spells (like Negate),

to remedy the failed "blinding" attempt I talked about earlier.

Remember as well, your opponent (though it is rare) could hold a

healing instant (like Healing Grace), if using white, and your combat

damage might fail that way, too. So, this card has a very nice control

effect, given a certain situation (though it would be more dependable, if

people were required to use creatures), but must be handled properly,

or it could easily cause you to lose the game. If you are uncertain when

using a card like this, play this way a LOT, and try to learn how to

better manage situations. No matter how intelligent you are, no one

starts out knowing exactly how to handle these sorts of factors, so

ignore your failures, and stay focused on success.
