This card destroys green creatures, which can be even bigger than

white baddies! While the green threat is, perhaps, more dangerous,

note that green never flies. With white, you're worrying about

angels, primarily. Green relies more heavily on large creatures, so

of the 2 paladins, this is the more likely winner in the sideboard.

Seeing as the paladin itself is a 3/3 creature, it doubles nicely as a

damage factor in any creature base. The added effect of the

activated ability will pack non-creature power into a minion, ready

to destroy anything the opponent might play in green. It will put

them in catch-22 when they are, in fact, a green user, and you can

advance the paladin to stop in-coming forces from ever being

played. Also, take note that Eastern Paladin is a knight, and if you

are looking at damage potential, check the other available knights

for options. Ideally, you'll want to use the combinations that

creature-types provide, and this one is certainly a potent adversary.
