This is a card that you might find useful to almost any deck that uses

blue, as a sideboard option. If you are finding that a parade of trampling,

green monsters often leaves you no chance of success, this is the perfect

remedy. A well-timed Hibernation will almost certainly give you the

foot-hold you need to seize control over the game. This is actually the

most powerful return-spell in the game, mass-return usually costing 6 or

more. Return happens to be my favorite ability, primarily because I like to

use creatures, and when you've quickly cleared the board for yourself,

you're creating the necessary condition for victory. Individual returns are

powerful because they can often be used as an instant, and catch a

powered-up creature in the middle of its attack - But, mass-return is the

ultimate game-changer, because each creature has a casting-cost and

summoning-sickness to go through. All the time and resources that it

takes to setup a force of creatures is far too big to overcome, much of

the time. Using Hibernation as a sideboard option to throw into the mix as

necessary, for the game-winning play, is always a gamble, of course. A

card like this will cover a very large category of decks, but by itself, it

may still fail. Blue might be the most versatile color, because of all its

abilities that control play - But, I would advise not taking a chance with

your life, chasing a professional career in Magic, with a powerful control

strategy. Even the most omnipotent control decks can fail, and the game

should be played for fun. A serious risk shouldn't even be considered - I

can see that control-style play is convincing to the player as an absolute

way of winning, but I assure you, there are no guarantees.
