5/26/17 - "Muted Voices"

As much as it seems to be common sense, the idea that you have a choice in

most of what you do is trivial, and ideological. People have affirmed to one

another throughout history that they have a thing such as "free-will", and the

extreme example in modern society is a violent insistence from others that

"Everything you do is your choice, and where you end up is entirely your fault."

This is a load of crap that I want to flush down the toilet. Certainly, there is an

illusion that creates the concept of free-will, but the question is, "What can you

do with it?" There are things that can be identified that are clearly not your

choice. You don't get to chose who you are. You don't get to chose whether you

need to eat or sleep. Some people try to fight choices such as these, despite

how blatantly unmalleable we know they are; but, anorexics die, insomniacs go

crazy, and transvestites get harassed. In short, it's no way to live, and not

accepting these truths is not ideal. What do you prove in any case?? So, then,

what else might be like these things that we are unaware of? Some people

recognize that they don't have a choice whether or not to work, since it goes

right back to essential need. You didn't have the choice to not go to school, and

skipping out of high school is not a good idea. If you don't pass college, which

is very difficult, you won't get a high-paying job, and will never realize the

American dream. If you weren't born a tall, black male, you probably won't make

the cut for professional basketball. You don't have as much say in your life as

you think you do, but we are led to believe, through the ideology, that we do.

So, they say, "Accept what you have, and make the best of it!" Ok. What if I'm

born an artist. Let's say a musician. I'm particular about my art, and don't want

to work with a dysfunctional band. The industry is dominated by bands that

conform to a trend of sound, and fits the current marketing ploy from

executives. I can't be a professional musician. If I'm not going to be fueled by

the thing as a profession, I'm probably not going to want to do it with any

passion. The choice is being made for me by Fate. I am condemned by the

petty influence of unworthy representation for art in our culture. So they say,

"Give me the strength to accept the things I can not change, the courage to

change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. Amen." Ok.

How about I make all the assholes who are f**king fine with things pray?? Why

should I have to accept things that are clearly the influence of cultural criminals?

I'd like to change the things I can, but when I can't, it's not really acceptable. I'm

not a chump or a push-over. I'll try to realize the goals I deserve no matter

what... But, regardless, my free-will is limited. I don't truly have a choice to bow

down to unworthy authorities when who I am is existentially opposed to them. I

could, but why would I? So, I fight you with words, and faith in God. That's what

Fate has dictated for me. People that get trampled over don't deserve to have

the strength to fight. They don't feel a just energy or obstinance necessary to

invoke any action. Or, they mis-channel it and resort to petty violence. Their lack

of righteousness leads them to those ends, and their Fate is decided for them.

This is just a personal example of how predetermined choice functions in an

individual's life. Whether or not you "chose" to believe it is "up-to-you" ;) To

explain, consider that God has predetermined all the choices you'll ever make in

your life. Does it really matter if you accept that information? Yes, but the effect

is trivial, and you are better off to accept the reality. You'll gain a more ideal

position given the influence of such. Now, what if you LIKE your Fate? What if

your choices are actually predetermined for you, but you love to say that you

made all the right choices to get where you are. THAT's where the ideology

comes from! The people that are in control of cultural ideology are those who

have the most economic and sociological influence. The poor and

disadvantaged are silenced by their sheer weight. They are a very fat-bottomed

man, squatting on their heads. I'll bet it's fun to sit there, all gluttonous and

cheery, dictating the lives of others over a glass of wine. It must feel good to

get something you don't deserve handed to you, and make others acquiesce to

your "privilege". Then again, you would certainly know if you are unworthy of

your position, and are accepting choices that you were forced into in a

contradictory sense. Even the pigs of society are not really in control of their

ability to decide their own habits. It's a wicked mix of personality, physical traits,

and the line of events that composed their predetermined lives. I can't blame

them for their position, as it was created for them. But, if the circumstance were

to arise that they should recognize the injustice of their nature, the possibility

would be available that they might absolve their egos.

That's that! Now all that's left to do is wait for Fate to play itself out, along the

reel of film. Take part, if it suits you. Be ineffectual, complacent or apathetic if

you don't feel any particular intuitive zest. I'm trying to conduct the orchestra

myself, but that's just me.
