7/4/18 - “One Sun”

To be completely honest, I think being burned alive would be a horrible way to die, so

please do your best to restrain your violent emotions after you have read this thought.

Historically, that is what they have done with people like me, and I do not doubt that people

are, fundamentally, the same as they ever were. I might have something here, which you

will want to laugh at as absurdity and pure foolishness. Space might not be nearly as

infinite and full of possibility as you think it is. In fact, it may serve a single purpose, and

have only one relevant scenario. The idea does not bother me at all - But there are

certainly a lot of people who would have their hearts broken by the news, or unable to

accept a new concept of space.

The current belief, generally considered irrefutably true, is that stars are distant suns, with

their own solar systems. But, there isn’t actually any real reason to believe that, other than

to satisfy the logic of one’s own ideation. The maps that they have been drawing are

based on mathematics and theoretical assumptions; Primarily, the idea that stars are suns.

How WOULD you gain empirical knowledge of such distant locales, anyway? Do the

scopes tell all? What, exactly, have they been looking at, and how do they write the story?

A scope sees light. “What’s that light?” “A sun.” “What’s a sun?” “Same as ours!” “Okay.”

So, the assumption is that those suns, essentially, produce the same effect as our sun,

and have their relevant solar systems. But, what if, wait for it… There’s only ONE sun!

ONE source of infinite energy (And, I know science tells us that they'll, one day, burn out

or explode), providing light and warmth to ONE life-bearing planet! Now, then, the stars

must be
something, of course. So, what are  they? My first thought was "Reflected light.

The sun is bouncing off of some sort of  material in space which acts like a mirror." But,

then I thought, "Wait! It may not need to  be truly a reflection, we might just be SEEING

THROUGH the entire universe, right  back to home! If, like the world, the universe is a circle

(and space is transparent), why would it not be that we can, in effect, see ourselves by

looking into outer space?" (Edit 5/14/20: I have more developed theories about what space

might actually be, which will be included in a new 'thought' sometime soon)

The effect of the sun on “outer space” might be to create an elaborate illusion. Why not? In

which case, we could stop worrying about sending astronauts up there, for no good

reason, to likely die. The truth is, that’s why there’s not more space missions. Not many

people are crazy enough to do it, and there’s not a good enough reason. In fact, in light of

this, there’s NO reason to blast people off the face of the earth. It was just a dream, and

we did many very dangerous things because of it, and now we can keep people safe who

might have died (Or, come back with PTSD). Why does it matter anyway? We need to

think about what we have HERE. Think about what you have NOW, not what else you

might be able to extend to and destroy. There’s no life out there… In fact, I'm certain that

there's not even a possibility of such. But… There’s one waiting for you. Right here, under

the one sun, today - And it would be proactive of you to stop dreaming about imaginary

places, and concern yourself with what should be done in the REAL world.
